MINIMUM ORDER: None, except international orders (outside the continental U.S.) which have a US$150 minimum and must be placed directly with a representative. 


SHIPPING & HANDLING : USPS, FEDEX, and UPS ground and takes up to 10 business day.  Federal Express and other express methods are available for an additional charge.


SHIPPING/HANDLING FEE: up to $150.00.…$7.50.   Order of $150.01 & upwards……$9.75


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Fur Of Sunshine ships internationally provided the order is a minimum of US $150.00. Also, the customer is responsible for any and all freight cost, such as, but not limited to GST, PST, customs, duty, and brokerage fees. Please fax order with a completed order form (downloaded from our online website) to (772) 237-5490, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.


RETURNS/REFUND: Must be done within 14 days from the order date. The items must be unused and be accompanied by its original box and packaging, as well as the receipt/invoice. Return charges are at the expense of the customer. A 20% re-stocking fee is charged or $5, whichever is greater. There are no refunds on special orders such as, but not limited to, dropships, electrical products, video tapes, and books.


DAMAGED ITEMS: Should this happen, have the box and merchandise inspected by the delivering carrier, and inform, at once, a customer service representative at Fur Of Sunshine. Please keep the merchandise in the original packaging and return it with the invoice or a copy of it. DAMAGE ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE. Example; if an item was ordered on November 1, you have until November 15th, to report the damage. Once the damaged item is returned it will be replaced with a like kind.
